I feel that it took a bit too long to get started on my repair. My car was in the shop for a week before they started working on it. Otherwise they maintained good communication about repairs.

I never received updates on my car. My car was in the shop for 9 days and I had to call multiple times to find out what was happening with it. Expected time of completion was 4 days, then they found more damage. I wish this would have been communicated to me in a timely matter rather than me having to keep calling. Also, rental service when I dropped my car off to the shop was really really awful.
The staff was great and I didn't spend much time with them because they did everything so quickly (except the enterprise rental on site). I just wish that I was sent updates on my car like I was told I would get.

I was originally told it'd take two weeks, then five more days as late as yesterday, so I'm glad it was finished today.
The only complaint I could have is that the headlights were on when I took delivery (on a sunny afternoon) and I couldn't see the display, and thought something was wrong until I turned the headlight switch to AUTO

I choose darcars over other shops to repair my car and when I dropped other my car was clean with nothing in there except the damage at the back and I told the represe5at darcars what the problem of the car related to the accident and what needs to be done but he kept telling me he knows everything about the car and will repair my car as it was before and after 12 days in the shop I got a call to pick up the car I went there open the car and check what was done but only ever more repair was missing and I asked the same person and he said he forgot it and told me to call insurance again and come back for repair since I rented a car I had to return it and decided to pick up the car but I side the car I smell bad odour a day my wife was asking why it was smelling bad inside and I said it might be due to kept in the shop for 12 days and told her will be OK later and drove home. Next day in the morning when I open the car the same bad smell and multiple mice poops spread over the carpet and my kids bottle tips left in the car was eaten by mice. It was a shock to me. I never expected darcar has a messy shop and my car would come back with mice in it and don't know how to take it out I have placed a trap in there overnight but never catch it but still smell and poops inside the car every day.i called darcars the next day but they said they are not sure about that and advice me to put mice trap. I never had that issue before and my car is 2013 rav4 and is still new to me and loved it that was why I choose professional shop to repair my car I could have take it to local shop and get it faxed for cheap price am sure would get it faster repair time. Darcars kept my car for 12 days and obviously they were fixing the back door and am sure left it open overnight while working in progress so that would be the the mice can get in the car and make it their home. I really don't know whom to talk to about it. I am worried this mice with start cracking electrical wires of the car and put me and my family at risk. I would appreciate if someone from darcar call me and resolve this issue. That is how I am disappointed. Thanks
