Prime Collision Center

repairs took too long and the back window slider and moon roof do not work which will be fixed later by the Prime Ram dealership. The vehicle sat at your collision center and was not evaluated for 2 weeks after it was towed there. The original assessment of damage was at 14K and ended up being 25K..I question how the original assessment was done due to the large disparity between the 2 numbers.

Although this is a Honda issue, there was a long delay in some critical parts delivery preventing completion of the repairs.

Carlooks good. All repairs asked for were done.

My 2009 Prius now looks like new! The foot wide scratch on the passenger front and back doors have been completely repaired. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. You did a great job!!
