It was the best possible exoerience from start to finish. All personnel I dealt with were courteous, prompt and knowledgeable . As a widow ,this was my first such experience so I was very pleasantly surprised that the repair work on my car was not only performed in an excellent manner , but the car was also detailed. It looked beautiful , like new!!! I want to especially thank you for removing and replacing the gold trim package . An added bonus was Enterprise picking me up and taking me to their facility to rent a car and also allowing me to leave it with you when I picked up my car. Their rep told me you were the only facility where they allowed this. In all honesty I had never heard of your shop. I believe it was in God's Providence that a friend suggested I go to you . During my first visit I learned your shop was authorized by my insurer ,USAA. I knew I was in the right place because my past experience with USAA ( my deceased husband was a member for 60 yrs) has demonstrated they authorize only top notch businesses. I will enthusiastically recommend this facility if and when I have an opportunity. In today's world ,unfortunately it is somewhat unusual to be completely satisfied .
