Polite, efficient service. All work done in a timely manner. Progress reports were very helpful. We would certainly recommend this repair shop.

Despite a bit of a wait (out of their control with stuck bolts), I loved the new paint job. We get comments everywhere we go about the wax job...it’s really the deep shiny paint job they do and it shows in all the places you could look. You can tell they care. The staff was always curteous and kept us informed.

They called me 30 minutes before they closed to pick up my car. When I couldn’t make it there in that time frame, due to the fact it was 5:35pm and they wanted me there by 6pm and I was doing laundry and making dinner, they got frustrated with me and tried to push me to come in. I told them again I couldn’t but I could be there first thing in the morning he sighed and stated that he wasn’t going to move 100 cars just to get mine out that early and that I needed to come in around 10, which I said was fine. I was mainly disappointed that if they knew my car was going to be done by end of day today why the would not have called earlier giving me time to work around them and then for them to get mad at me for not being able to drop everything in a 30 minute timeframe was unaaceptable.

The car was detailed beautifully with the exception of the vacuuming in the back seat under the drivers aeat. Found water bottle cap, sand, and penny, etc. other than that...amazing. I’m sure it was just a miss. Nice job!!
