Rusty Clark went above and beyond the call of duty for making sure my repairs were completed the right way! We had a little hiccup with my repairs and he went to bat for me (and my vehicle) and made sure his customer service was top notch! I felt very comfortable working with him and his knowledge showed me that he cared about me as a customer. That's rare to find these days.
I would also like to say that Betty assisted me in a time of need while Rusty was at a corporate meeting. She didn't bat an eye or tell me that I was not her account. She dove right in head first to make sure I was taken care of while Rusty was out of the office this particular afternoon. That's what I call team work and kudos to the two of them for make me feel special!

My car and the repairs were great! Rusty provided beyond expected customer service. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process and was more than helpful with any of my concerns. I would say though, that the girls at the front desk could have a little more life, they were kind of dry and impersonal. Overall very satisfied with the experience!

Rusty was fabulous and his communication to me He kept me fully appraised as to what was taking place with my car. And when I picked my car up he came out to meet me and shake my hand And then when I went out to examine my car I noticed that not only was it repaired fantastically, but it was also clean. I know when I drop that car off it was in need of a car wash and vacuum but when I pick it up from you guys it was perfectly clean. I was so happy and so relieved.
