To whom it may concern,
Rusty my service adviser was excellent. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and prompt. The repair went longer than expected, due to my request for unrelated ding repairs and unseen exhaust damage but Rusty was quick to get the parts ordered and the repair done right the first time.I know Rusty was extremely busy with heavy workload but he took the time to call the rental company and return the rental. Thank you Rusty and the entire crew for the top notch repair.
My only complaint was the continuing garbled phone system that made conversation almost impossible.
