My car did not slide to the left before the car accident but now it does. The only response I received was that my car alignment was done correctly so the problem is with the tires. My car is only a year old with 21k miles so I don’t think it is the tires. However, without even seeing the car again, I was told there is nothing more to be done and my insurance will not cover it. I felt talked down to and do not appreciate that. I do not want to be contacted by collision works ever again. I will not be bringing my car back there if given a chance. I have contacted my insurance company and will work with them to fix my car back to how it was before the accident.

There is something knocking when you turn the corners and rear end bouncing alotand and my dash board lights keep flashing and switching menu so I need to contact insurance and have another shop fix what wasn't properly done nor was it aligned front and back like it should but what should I expect it's Bout money but good hon on body work
