I absolutely loved the automated emails that were generated and sent to me letting me know the status of my vehicle. It was reassuring and I felt like I was really being taken care of. The customer service is above and beyond anything I have experienced before at a mechanics shop. They are professional and really efficient. They do business with the customer how the customer wants to do business. I received a quote in the parking lot via the mechanics cell phone. I was able to swipe my card on his cell phone for a down payment on the work as well and then a receipt was automatically emailed to me. It was great!
