Check the record of my repair and you will see that the vehicle was initially delivered to me with an unresolved mechanical problem. I took it back to Fix Auto to address the issue and was told they were unable to properly diagnose the problem and suggested I take it to my own mechanic who correctly found the cause of the problem. Fix Auto then proceeded to refute the opinion of my mechanic and it wasn't until I insisted and the car was taken to Penske Honda for an evaluation, that they finally had to agree that my mechanic's diagnosis was correct. The second repair cost me an additional 5 days of rental car fees plus the 69.60 that my mechanic charged me to diagnose the mechanical problem that was either overlooked or ignored by Fix Auto. It's not just the extra expense I was forced to incur because of the lack of attention to mechanical detail, but what really gets me steamed is that Fix Auto initially let me drive away with a vehicle that was potentially unsafe and then tried to argue that my mechanic's diagnosis of the problem was incorrect. On a positive note, the body work performed on my vehicle looks very good, but the lack of thoroughness on the part of the mechanics at Fix Auto leaves a lot to be desired. Eric C

The customer service was very good, particularly the young lady on the front desk who handled my order.

The staff was very friendly and professional. My car was supposed to take 4 days for the repairs and was done in 2 days! I was kept in the loop in regards to the estimate of damages and the completion of my vehicle. Thanks for the great job done on the repairs and the speedy service provided!

The staff was great! No one wants to have their car in the shop, but they were done with the job in just 2 days

I was very dissatisfied. The left exhaust pipe was dangling not mounted to the body. The trunk left side was higher than the right. Emblems were missing. Mud flaps missing.I left the car and notified my insurance company. Poor workmanship. You had the car for 3 weeks and still wasn't ready.

Did a complete job fast.

I would have appreciated it if the delay in getting the part was explained to me clearly. I kept thinking that I could get the car back on thurs evening, but i had to take it and then return the next day..it was a surprise to see that the inside of the door exposed when i picked it up!!

I am satisfied overall performance of Fix Auto - Irvine. One thing I would like to suggest is clean washing the auto pror to deliver to the customer.

Initial (inspection) visit was curteous and informative. Work was carried out as expected and was completed on schedule as promised.
