Fix Auto did an excellent job fixing my car. I was very happy that my car was ready for pickup earlier than expected and that the work done on my car was of excellent quality. In addition, Chris did a great job taking care me. I am also very thankful that Fix Auto went above and beyond to clean my headlights free of charge. I felt very well taken care of by Fix Auto and would definitely come back again for future service and refers others to Fix Auto.

The front office staff was great they went the extra mile to make sure my car was taken care of correctly. And as a side note I brought my car in as a disaster from my three boys dirty as usual. But the staff cleaned it...really well I can’t tell you what a difference that kind gesture made me feel so much better about the hassle of having to get my car fixed after someone so carelessly damaged it.

Great communication but disappointed there was a delay that was caused by missing parts at reassembly. It seems to me there should be a check to be sure all parts are there when they arrive, before reassembly. That added two additional days I was without my car-one to get/assemble and the 2nd b/c it was done so late I couldn’t pick it up for another day. All in all though a good experience. Just something to consider in your processes.
