My only dissatisfaction was regarding the Hertz rental car. I thought the facility was at Fix Auto, and was disappointed that it was actually about 20 minutes away, in Placentia. The facility there was dirty, I had to wait a long time for service, and the car was not really clean. Otherwise, I was happy with the Fix Auto service.
