Mayte was the very best part of my experience 100%, exceptional and perfect in every way. I made my living as a GM & gsm of dealerships in Cerritos. The least of my issues was that you used a half tank of fuel to fix the car (& the places you went to) and didn’t think to replace it. I get that you want people to believe all the work is done there but come on at least try to keep things even. By replacing fuel or even topping off the tank it costs little but goes the extra mile. I won’t even start on my concerns about how long my AC is going to last. That however is an issue I will take up with my insurance carrier. I think it’s fair to say you know exactly what I’m talking about. You didn’t fail however I’m tough but not unfair overall, because of Mayte I’d still give you a B- score.
