We were very happy with the updates and professionalism shown. Also, the car looks great. There was however a 100 mile discrepancy between when we left it and when we picked it up. The work done did not account for road testing.

Your customer service was great. However I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND FIX AUTO! For the sole reason that use miss use your handicap spot for customers to pick up there cars and for your little fix it auto car. Both times I went there I witnessed this. The first time I went there I had my mother with me who is on oxygen and has a hard time walking. I had to leave her in the car because a service man pulled a car up so a customer could inspect the work before leaving and my mother had to stay in the car because I couldn't use the handicap spot. Second time I was there your fix it car was in the handicap spot. Me being in the medical field for over 25 years finds this absolutely disgusting.

The repair days took way too long based on the damage, which cost me a fortune in rental car charges. From day one I informed Fix that there was a mechanical problem caused by the accident in that when I turn left, a bell goes off. Picked up the car today and a bell still goes off when I turn left. This problem has not been fixed and now I suppose that means additional time at your shop and possibly additional rental car charges. Not happy.

I'm satisfied with the work that was done, I was not satisfied with the timing - I dropped the car off on Nov 10, and was told it would be done on the 16th, but then the repair was delayed until Nov 20th, even though no additional work was being done. Then the car was not ready until the 23rd, when I was supposed to leave on a road trip for thanksgiving. I was dissapointed with the lack of communication with me about this changes, and frustrated that the pick up date kept getting pushed back.
