All steps from start to finish were great. First it was a fast and honest quote, and Fix Auto accepted payment directly from the person who caused the damage--which was huge plus. Stephanie was great with her email communications. The FixAuto automated email responses were also great. Last but not least, it seams FixAuto also buffed out a scratch on my trunk which was not part of the repair--and getting the car washed by their team with tire shine on the wheel was a great touch to their excellent service!
