3 issues:
****) my car was not ready for pickup the day originally quoted, and I was only informed of the delay when I called myself to check on it, the day before. Could have potentially driven to pick up for no reason.
2) blending of the paint job on my door was not 100% correct and will need to be fixed.
3) outstanding tint job on back window still needs to be completed.
Despite these issues, I am still very satisfied with the service at Fix Auto. The staff went above and beyond expectations to remedy the hiccups encountered and I commend them for that. Not many businesses take care of their clients to this level and for that, I am grateful.

This was my best experience ever with a repair. My wife recently went through a nightmare of a time with one of your competitors. Honestly I came to you prepare for a long and arduous situation. Well I was greeted by Cameryn and offered coffee and given a brief form to fill out.
I was on my way before I could finish the coffee. I was updated during the repair,notified immediately when my car was ready. Cameryn greeted me by name Sat. My car looked great. Thank you for a great job. Hire or duplicate 3 more Cameryns.

Jason, Leslie, Ali (sp?) and the entire customer service team were friendly and wonderful. In addition to their thoroughness in explaining every step, they delivered my vehicle early.
My only issues: one turn signal blinks at warp speed, and the cargo net is missing. When I called, I was asked to bring my car back and they would make it right. Very pleased.

I was so impressed with the level of customer service and communication I received. My advisor was so warm and friendly and did an amazing job representing your company. This was my so 's car and I recently took my Mercedes to another repair job that worked on high end cars and that experience did not come close to my experience at Fix auto.
