From my first contact with Art and Zack at Fix Auto Irvine I knew my car was in good hands. Zack was very happy thorough when explaining the needed repairs and cost. When I dropped off my car, Art did a great job of explaining the repair process step-by-step. I was informed each time my car moved to a new repair phase and it was completed by the estimated date. When I picked up my car, Art went over the areas of my car that had been repaired. You could tell he took pride in delivering a great looking finished product.
