I would recommend your service to anyone. But, I left the rental car Saturday AM with Fix Auto because they said they would return it to Hertz Rental. In checking with Hertz this afternoon they did not have their rental car nor had they heard from Fix Auto that the rental would be returned to them. That left them without the car.

I think my car should be washed and cleaned before returning. The voice mail message also indicated I should call ahead of time to ensure there was enough time to clean it up. That was on Saturday, May 13. I called around noon on May 15. When I got there, my car was dusty and spotty due to rain. I understand it got unexpected rain in the morning. That doesn't mean the crew shouldn't wash it. The lady walked me out to check my car. She asked me to check on the repair. Honestly, I couldn't see anything. She asked if she should clean it up so I could see better. Seriously? That was an after-thought...I was disappointed. I used my hand to dust off the area. I mean I would think she shouldn't have had to ask. To top this off, I saw oil crease on my dash board screen and dirt stuck on my steering wheel. Oh, there was some dirt marks on panel that opened the trunk. Maybe there is no policy to do detail clean. But I would say there should be policy to keep my car clean to how it was sent in. This is 3rd time I have used your guys for my cars. I don't have complaints about the repair. I just think you should raise the bar on cleanup work. I personally think it is logical to have at least a cloth to wipe down the area for my inspection, even if car wash costs money!

Fix Auto Collision was a very professional and pleasant environment, from the moment I walked in the office of Ontario to the text and phone calls I would get from the employees. Very phenomenal experience, I was very pleased with the work they did on my truck, will highly recommend any of my friends and family to you guys if they ever need anything fixed on there automobiles. Just wanted to thank all of the staff for their help, and making sure I had any concerns. Once again a perfect experience with Fix Auto Collision

EVERYONE at the Irvine Fix Auto is AMAZING! They all work as a team and they all care about the customer. I would love to list out each and every name of all the people I interacted with but I don't remember them all. Needless to say they all ROCK! From Zac, Lynnsey, Katie... everyone is just awesome. And my car was returned to me fixed and washed and it was obvious they all care about the work they do. THANK YOU!!

I was very satisfied with the service and they cleaned the inside of my car which was a nice bonus :) -Service at the front desk was fast and resourceful, giving me updates about my car repairs throughout the week -car rental was easy and I liked being able to drop off the rental at Fix Auto which isn't always a guarantee with some other auto shops

The Staff at Fix Auto Irvine was GREAT! I worked primarily with Zach; but also had very positive interactions with Lynnsey, Arthur and Katie. They truly helped to make a very stressful situation less so. I can't say how much I appreciate that. I would definitely do business with them in the future and will recommend Fix Auto to others!

I received no updates throughout the process. I got a call Thursday afternoon about 45 mins before FixAuto closed to say the car was ready. That was not enough warning for me to get there AND arrange to return the rental car. After I left, I received a call that I had to come back because they gave me the wrong invoice and I owed my deductible (I offered to pay it when I picked up the car, but the person said that I did not owe a balance.) I offered to come back since I was still 15 mins away, but they said they were closed and I had to come back the next day. The next morning, I was called multiple times to urgently return so that I could pay the deductible and get the correct invoice. I did end up having time to get there at noon. The customer service and communication was not good at all and I had to make time to run back to the shop (I even offered to give my credit card over the phone and they said no.)

Kept me informed of the status of my car.

Everyone I met was very nice & seemed very knowledgeable. I liked receiving calls to keep me aware of the status of my car. I'm happy AAA recommended Fix.

Great customer service. I'm very happy with the results.

Poor attention to detail. Paint on hood needs to be bugged to eliminate swirls. Bumper not sitting flush. Now I get to waste a day to bring car back for rework because it could not be done today.
