The only thing that wa unsatisfactory was that I was originally told my car would be complete on Aug 2. That was okay. Then I was told it would be ready in the morning of Aug ****. That wa okay too. Then I was told it would be ready first thing on the morning but whhg en the time came it was not ready but that someone would call me when it was ready. Since I had to return a rental car I waited around from 8 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon. It would have been easier for me if I had just planned to pick it up on the originally scheduled date of Aug 2 instead of waiting around for someone to call for 7 hours plus a half an hour after I got there

Great communication during the repair process but poor repair quality. This is a leased car and I'm not sure if Audi accepts such poor repair to their cars. The only reason I chose this place was because it was recommended by AAA as an approved repairer.
