The entire process was thoroughly explained. My car was fixed completely and professionally. I was very impressed by the condition that I received my car back and they even took the time to wash it and shine the tires. True professionals.

The team is amazing! My car looks amazing!!! The customer service was extremely amazing! I'd recommend this shop to EVERYONE which I've already been bragging about! The only thing that would've been above and beyond is if the shop did a complimentary car wash with a free air freshener to eliminate the paint smell! Otherwise, it was excellent service.

Everything went well and as expected. You could train employees to be a little more personable and less "mechanical" - I know they must go over things hundreds of times, but sometimes it was hard to understand them, since they were repeating something that seemed rote to them.

The only thing was of a concern was my expected date for my car to be given back to me. I would have preferred you not give me a date and just let me know when the car was completed. When promised a day for completion it's expected!
