Service was great, I appreciate the time frame of getting it in the specified time l was told it would be ready. The car was repaired to perfection & the attitude of all I was in contact with was very polite & knowledgeable. And I was happily surprised that my car was very clean

Completion date extended three times. Initial estimate was 22 days, but it took 43 days to complete repairs without a real good explanation for the delays. Production Manager should have provided a more accurate time estimate, or offered an update personally. Joel was great, but there's not much he can do. TBS did absorb the $100 deductible and pay for a few days car rental to compensate.the exterior repairs look good, but after the repairs, I found: front passenger seat is stained; cigarette butts and large spot of ugly white residue left in truck bed.
