I walked in the door exasperated at the need to have my car repaired and the repair standards that were being pre-proscribed by the insurance company resposible for the repair (Allstate), and Gary White, the service advisor that greeted me, and ended up handling my work, listened and worked tactfully to help defuse the situation. I was pleased with how the car looked after the repair was complete, and especially for the guarantee offered to stand behind the work. I told Gary 2 or 3 times that after my repair was done, I hoped never to see him again, but that was simply because I don't like dealing with hassles like car repairs. That said, however, whenever I have the need for repairs, I definitely do desire to have only once place I take my car to and/or refer others to, and I may have just found that place.
