Steve Newman sent me a quote by email and then he and I reviewed the quote over the phone. I gave him the OK to fix my car and my car was completed by the very next day. When I went to pick up my car he personally went over everything he said he was going to do and everything looked good. In today's society it's nice to still find someone who does what they say they are going to do. You don't see that much anymore. This is the 3rd time I use the The Body Shop (TBS) and I will continue to use them and refer them to other customers.
