Gary was our Representatve who delivered all communications on status from beginning to end. He was very professional and knowledgable of auto repairs and timelines for compeletion. The work done was great, but some things promised on the website were not accurate. I only got one progress text (which was inaccurate). The site also said parts would be ordered before drop off, yet after the text telling me my car was almost finished I called & they didn't even have my bumper yet. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but it was still pretty frustrating to feel like I was being jerked around.
