I really enjoyed and appreciated the daily texts of the process and status of my vehicle. Worked very well “until” the day scheduled for my pickup. That Friday I received a morning email that shared that the vehicle was on the final stage and would notify me if any delays were encountered. 5pm arrived and no call. I contacted the office and it was closed. Left a message to retune my call did not receive by the time I returned the call Saturday morning at 9am for a 12n pickup. Disappointing. I did like the friendliness and the care of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. When I picked my vehicle up I noticed the air bag indicator was lit on m dashboard. The tech scanned to try and fix. Need to bring the vehicle back to address this issue. Surprised that the tech working on the vehicle would not have noticed this issue when doing a final checklist. I am satisfied with Crash Champions. I have used you in the past and will continue to consider you for future work. You have something very nice in the update status, but missed the mark on the last day for pick up. Between the miscommunication and the indicator light not being caught, I have to say I was disappointed, although very accommodated.
