Everyone was wonderful; from your front desk staff to the people who worked on my car, to the people who handled my claim and the people from Enterprise, too. I couldn’t have asked for better service and I am so appreciative for the updates and for your professionalism and kindness. I was really upset to have to go through my own insurance company for an accident that wasn’t my fault. But due to the other driver’s insurance company not getting the job done, I went ahead and went with who I trusted. I’ve never had service at Crash Champions before, but it was the best service I’ve ever experienced and I would recommend them to anyone. I never expected my car to be cleaned and to receive flowers when I got my car back. Thanks for making a not so great situation much easier to deal with!!

Everything was so professional and went by smoothly. Also the tech who worked on my car did a marvelous job on the car. It looks perfect. I would go back to them again for anything. Only problem was the front fender and bumper did not meet up well and I had to point that out to get it fixed. The fix is still not perfect but it isn’t worth the trouble to be without my car anymore. This is the only issue in what I feel was an overall good experience.
