The estimator Randy was very rude! My car pulls now! And they originally told me my tire was hazardous and then ended up not switching it because I had a concern about it so I guess they went the cheap route! Very unprofessional! Will never come here again and will never refer this place to anybody!

I’m not completely blaming Abra - I think this is also partially my insurance company’s fault for making Abra going through 3 different options before allowing them to order the correct part. That made the process incredibly slow and wasted everyone’s time. My issues with Abra is that #****: I gave them my contact info when I dropped my car off yet they continued to contact my husband with updates. #2: They sent a text saying that my car would be completed on Monday 8/13. I called the shop around 1pm to verify and was told by Taylor that my car was ready to go. When I arrived at the shop, it was not ready and they hadn’t even received my part yet. The woman that helped me offered to get me a rental car on their dime, which I agreed to since I had been borrowing a car from my parents and they needed it back. After waiting there for 30ish minutes, I was told that Enterprise Rental had no cars to rent. I find that VERY hard to believe considering they are a rental company wig multiple locations. You cannot tell me they just have zero vehicles available. Their last offer was to deliver my vehicle to my home. Which I of course agreed to. #3: once my car was delivered, I received a call telling me it was delivered and I needed to call right away to pay my $300 deductible. My insurance company had told me I would only pay $100 so I then had to make a call to my insurance so that they could call Abra to let them know the correct price.
Abra seems like a great company but I definitely did not have a great experience dealing with them which is unfortunate.

Vehicle was not fixed properly. Front end damage to the vehicle. The lower bumper was not set correctly to the original factory settings prior to the accident. There is a significant gap still from the lower bumper to the upper bumper where the plastic meets the upper front bumper. Front plate bracket to hold the license plate took a significant amount of the force as well and it was pointed out that the bracket was not aligned and secure. This was supposed to be looked at and fixed the bracket is still loose as when dropped off for repairs.
Vehicle now has to be dropped off on 8/**** to go over the same items to bw repaired correctly.
Randy was very helpful I feel as though a majority of the focus was put into the mylar masking on the bumper then the underlined issues of the bumper not set correctly.
I hope this can be resolved with no further issues.
