I could have done without the email updates. Or preferred they have more information. They seemed like automatic, generic updates from a computer. I appreciated the phone call updates, Greg was always informative and helpful.

When I arrived to pick up my truck after hours, the first thing I noticed was the hood was ajar, not sure if it was open on accident or if it was part of the repair. Either way, it set off the alarm and made me wonder if anything was done under the hood. The next thing I noticed was on my nerf bar pad on the drivers side under the repaired door had a white paste looking covering the entire pad. These nerf bars are brand new and this clearly came from the time that the truck was in the shop, bottom line is this never should have left the shop like this. Good news is the actual repair is great and I appreciate the workmanship. I appreciate the interior paper mats, maybe it should be considered for items such as nerf bars to prevent issues as I experienced. Thanks for allowing me to comment and I am happy with the repairs. - John
