The team was great at handling my repairs quickly and keeping me updated on my car's progress. When I came to pick it up, I noticed a discrepancy in the hood - one side was sitting more flush than the other. I brought it to their attention and they took it back and found that a screw was tightened more tightly on the left than the right. They brought it back to me corrected and even demonstrated to me why it looked off at first. I appreciated that they took my concerns seriously and that they took care of it instead of making excuses or prolonging the repairs. I would highly recommend Abra in the future.
