Rob was very good at keeping me informed. I was also very surprised and pleased when I picked up my car. They had thoroughly cleaned and detailed my car. It was beautiful! Stains that I had in one of my seats were completely gone! Plus the repair work was excellent. It was like I picked up a brand new car!

I appreciate the friendly attitude given to me despite my original bad attitude due to past experience with a deferent repair shop. I obviously did not want to be in the situation of having to get my vehicle repaired, but had no choice due to the poor decisions of another driver. The young lady in the front office and Donna put my mind at ease just by being professional when I asked a question about OEM parts possibly not being used. I was satisfied with the repair, but it took way too long. I was told it would only be a couple of days and it ended up taking more than a week. The reason we were given was that the parts had been ordered from out of state and had not arrived. However, before we dropped off the car, we were told the parts had already been ordered. The day we left the car, we were told the parts would be ordered from from a local vendor and would arrive within a day. If we had not called the day the car was finally ready, we would've had to wait another day because I didn't receive the notification text until half an hour after we picked it up.
