You guys are totally awesome...I mentioned to Rob, that I would need my truck by the 1st of June and he said we will do what we can do (dropped the truck off 24th of May). On Friday the 26th, my truck was done!!! Talk about customer service, everyone from Rob to Ashley and the technicians, glad to see a business run properly. Picked up my car after hours not by choice. Was given hour and a half before shop closed when told 4 ****/2 hours earlier would be ready and of following week. We picked up the vehicle in the dark. Inspected it the following day. Was not repaired to my standard. Side panel does not line up bonding agent visible . And has irregularity in paint work ware the dent was. I have already discussed an issue with a clearance light not working on the repaired fender of our truck with a representative of ABRA . I find it completely unsatisfactory it was not brought to our attention when we took delivery of the truck. I also believe if you are repairing a fender or for that matter any other part of a vehicle, I expect that part and all associated assemblies within that part to be in good working condition when delivered. The answer I received why it was delivered with the light not working was lame at best.
Also, I am disappointed in the color match. I understand this is an old truck and probably difficult to match exactly.
The bottom line is I'm not happy with the repair experience with ABRA.

Front edge of the door does not line up with the fender. Car had that fine dust everywhere! Such a shame because I had always had excellent care previously. This was the third time I had brought my car there... only because of what seemed like true consideration and pride in the job that was to be done. Unfortunately, I see like so many other service occupations this is not the case. I starting bringing my car there because a friend recommended Abra not for convenience. There are lots of other body shops. Very disappointed.
