Let me start by saying that the service writer was friendly and communicative regarding the whole process and the work that was done seems to have been done well. My criticisms are about the details. For example when the platform system was returned to the back of my car it was not done so with care and after I drove off the lot I noticed the distinct smell of cigarette smoke inside the cabin. Both of these things kind of spoiled an otherwise positive experience.
