The trunk latch is difficult to close, I have to slam the trunk lid really hard to get it to close. The person I dealt with Warren tried to tell me its because of the foam liner. But I don’t think thats the problem. The latch is not installed right.

While we are satisfied with the process and results of our recent AutoNation Collision experience, it began with a sense of apprehension based upon our experiences getting the process underway.
We were a bit concerned about what to expect as we had considerable difficulty getting on ANC's schedule as our work was pushed back a month due to the volume of work from the hail storm that affected the area earlier this Summer.
The way that announcement was made raised some eyebrows but once the scheduling and extra time to get underway had passed, the rest of the experience and updates and final results were /are too notch.
Just felt compelled to share the early phase experience, but the last couple of weeks were great and the text message updates are genius.
