Ed was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very diligent when explaining the repairs and charges He even took the extra time to clean a smudge on the windshield. I only had my car for 3 weeks before the accident occurred. He took the time to show me how to use the keyless entry since I didn't have the chance to figure it out prior to the accident. The people there are nice and they helped me out the past times I've been there. I think you should allow to use them rewards points on oil change as well since that is part of a service for your car.

Auto Nation Ford Collision center did a great job! Ed Skovran helped me navigate the insurance coverage with a carrier who tried to make me get my vehicle repaired elsewhere by setting up the logistics seamlessly. The repair was great. Jim Schieferstein always does a great job coordinating the ordering of parts and the schedule. We also took the time to coordinate my rental. Amber and Heather were very efficient at the desk. Jordan as per usual did a great job scheduling the alignment needed. Overall it was stressful to think of repairing a my car after the valet left it in park and the insurance claims office made it hard to plan. However, based upon the top notch service and body shop repair or collision center service I received in the past. I knew**** Pritt's team was the ONLY place to go for a great repair done to comport with my schedule and get me back into my own car quickly. Thanks Auto Nation Collision center and Service department for a job Well done!
