car was not ready when promised. I only received information on progress if I called the office, no one ever called me on their own. My rear hatch does not stay closed. All replaced parts that required painting are bubbled. Many corners and edges of body panels are rough but painted over anyway leaving dangers jagged edges near back passenger tire.

I have never enjoyed having my car wrecked until now. The service, updates, etc. that I received was the best I have ever had. I enjoyed seeing the updates on my email, and hearing from my service representative. My Jeep was even ready early then what they told me. Having such a bad experience actually put a big smile on my face. Autonation and my representative did an awesome job. My jeep looks brand new.
