The mechanics did their work efficiently . But 'face' of the company is in the office who the clients meet. I came in very upset that someone would smash my 20 year car. Enrique heard me out, & calmed me down explaining what can be done. Then, I met Nathan who was awesome to the end and kept me updated on the progress of the car. So, thank you team AutoNation !!

My daughter was moving from Fremont, CA to Dallas. We needed bumper of her BMW repaired in a week. I met William on Fri, May 18, 2018 at your Stevens Creek location. He understood the urgency and prepared paper work. On Mon morning, I met with Juan and explained him the urgency. He immediately scheduled repair in production, ordered replacement bumper, provided updated estimate to AAA - all within couple hours. Juan followed up and confirmed that bumper was shipped on time from San Diego. He was understanding, courteous and provided regular updates. Juan made sure that car looked better than a new BMW! We got the car back in 5 days - an incredible accomplishment by Juan, William and the team at Auto Nation. My daughter could leave for Dallas to join her new job on time.
