Very poor communication. No estimate provided for when vehicle would be ready. Took multiple emails/calls just to get an update.vehicle was in for 4 weeks. If I’d known this I would have arranged alternate transportation during that time.

Ernesto Gonzalez is reliable and extremely customer centric. He calls with frequent updates to inform the customer of the entire process at key milestones, when the adjuster comes to assess the car based on the estimate, when the work starts and finally when the work is close to be completed. You can’t have better service. And he delivers as promised and the results are as expected or better. Also, he works with the customer to accelerate the process, when and if possible to save on rental costs. As a result, I keep coming back.

While I was getting my car fixed, I asked an attendant if they could glue/secure a loose 6" panel to my driver side of my car door. After picking up my car I noticed the side wooden panel on my driver side was broken in two and then shoddily glued back on with broken pieces misaligned and with glue oozing out of the work. I would like to have someone in management look at the work performed and give me a solution to my problem. Leslie S
