Having to bring my car in for a fellow employees carlessness and blatant disregard for someone elses property was more than upsetting. These guys and gal, Ernesto, Micah and Margaret (and others whom I did not meet)went ABOVE & BEYOND...they truly cared!! Thanks so much for taking care of my baby girl, I love having her back and beautiful again. ;-)

Quarter panel was left with Orange peel. Called took it back to get that taken care of. Got vehicle back, Mini Cooper s emblem. Put on crooket. Again took vehicle back. Person that had been assigned with the car. Forget her name l, not pleasant to work with from the beginning.
I had chosen to take my vehicle there because you are "certified mini " but like I said. From the beginning it was not easy process with getting. Call wanting to suggest a easier way of fixing my car then originally estimated, getting attitude from her when I declined.
Seemed like my car was rushed out because my rental was due and that's why I ended up with all those issues. My guess.
