I've had so many problems and miscommunication with the staff at John Lance Ford Westlake. When I got my car returned to me - post accident repairs, the sensors were all misaligned and my trunk was shifted to the right. My rear driver tail light was cracked and chipped, and the car itself on the rear passenger side was chipped, which would have resulted in rudt through time.. I didn't have this car for more than one week until someone hit me and it was in perfect condition. Also, I am disgusted by how filthy Auto Nation returns their cars to their customers. All the dirt, and dust from the body shop is inside the vehicle, which I understand, but the least thing a car dealership should do when returning the vehicle to the customer is to vacuum their mess up and make it look clean on the inside, or at least in the condition the body shop received it in. I shouldn't have to leave the body shop and head to a car wash to vacuum out my vehicle and clean out all the filth left behind. I did in fact bring up the problems with my vehicle to the body shop when I received it again, and they were accommodating and stated they would fix it all without me paying out of pocket. Another issue I noticed which wasn't too seriously, but still important to me - was that my remote start wasn't working anymore. Which could have just been the battery so when I took my car back, for the second round of repairs Ford messed up, I gave the gentleman my key fob and remote start and told him how it didn't work. He said he would have that fixed. A week and a half goes by... I get a call that my car is ready for pick up, I remind penny on the phone that I dropped off my remote start that day too and was just confirming that was fixed as well. She said she is going to check with the guys who said they'd repair it. I then find out, they in fact did forget about repairing the remote start. so basically, I would have drove up to ford, got my vehicle and left without something that had to of been one of the easiest thing to fix about this whole problem. The fact that nothing is documented, nothing is done right, and there is no "customer service satisfaction" at this location. I am disgusted and have had it with John Lance Ford Westlake. I can honestly say the only person who has been on top of their game and very accommodating is Penny, in collision. I am not sure how she deals and puts up with all the problems this dealership has. Also - turns out when I got my car I was only issued one remote start fob, instead of 2 like I was supposed to. Something's wrong with this location. Thanks.
