I was told I would receive updates on the status of my during the week and that did not happen. When I called they said they thought it would be done Thursday,but they would call. I never received a phone call and it ended up not being ready until Friday. When I went to pick up the vehicle and turn in my rental car, I was told my vehicle was parked outside and yet when I got outside their where rows and rows of cars. I spent 10 0 min looking for it before someone who happened to be outside offered to help me find it. The car had a horrific oder in it for three days. So bad that it triggered my asthma.

Service was quick and painless! They had a rental car waiting for me and I was on my way in about 15 minutes from arrival to drop off my vehicle. Can't say that I have had a better experience any where else. Thank you.
