Autonation Collision Center Westlake

I had 2 jobs to be completed and only one was done. They were to repair right rear finder and my expenes completely and they forgot to do it. Now when I bring it in to get this done, I will have to pay for a rental car were as if they would have completed it with the insurance clain, I would not have to pay for rental as I aslready had one.

I took my 2015 Ford Fusion is to the collision center because I back into my uncles van on the way to my other uncles funeral. My car had a dent, scratches and some of the paint had came off in certain places. I called my insurance agent and told them that I wanted to have Auto Nation Ford collision center fix the damages because that was where I bought the car and I felt they would do a good job in making my car look brand new again. 5/21/15 When we picked the car up, it was evening and the collision center was closed so there was no one to walk with us around the car to see if everything turned out okay. When we got home I noticed that there were hardened paint or gloss drops on the car and some things under the gloss or paint that hardened into the car. So on 5/22/15 my husband took the car back to Auto Nation Ford and someone took the car and did something to it. My husband wasn't feeling well so when Ford was done with the car, my husband didn't get a chance to look it over, he just brought it home. When he got home he noticed that the paint drops that was hardened looked picked off and there was a nice size dull area were the paint drops was. On 5/23/15 we called our sales person to see what we can do about this and she said to bring it back in on 5/26/15 so that we can have it taken care of. I know that I made the mistake of backing my car into my uncles van, but my insurance agent and I did pay for the damages to my car to be fixed and returned like new again. My car is brand new and I just want to keep it look as such.
