After the vehicle was driven home, and the repair viewed in a different light, we noted some discoloration in the clear coat on the new bumper and a couple of very small scratches on the hatch back door. These are extremely minor and, again it took a day and view in direct sunlight in order to even notice them. It is not worth it to me to lose the vehicle for another few days as it is so minor. But repairs should be fully inspected before the vehicle is returned to the owner. Overall I am satisfied, and if asked yesterday, I would have been completely satisfied.

I mean I’m more satisfied than not. But I wasn’t informed of the status of my repair until I called y’all. And even then I had to call twice before someone called me back to tell me my car was actually going to be done maybe that day.
