My car was in repair for more than two months. During this time I had to make the initiative to call and find out what was going on with my car. I can't express my feelings of stress and anxiety as it relates to this experience without sounding rude and bitter. With that being said I am just thrilled that this episode of my car repair is over.

The process provided by JR, Dona, and Anita was very friendly and efficient. JR was very helpful in getting our vehicle ready for its repairs and helping use obtain a rental. I don't know what these guys are being paid, but they deserve a raise and certainly a bonus. You don't want to loose these guys to someone else.

I brought my car in to be repaired due to a accidemt. While my car was being repaired Rats got in the car and ate the interior out the back seat in addtion to crawling All thru the truck and chewing up stuff in the trunk. Therw was crap and urine stains All over the car. When i was called to pick the car up i asked (JR)if the car had been properly cleaned out due to the Rats and he stated that the car was cleaned out but the truck due to personal items left in the truck. I stated that i would come take the items out the truck. When i hoot there the inside of the car Floor was the Only thing that was vacuumed. The seats were Very dusty and had not been properly cleaned. There was still Ray droppings on the passenger seats on addition to urine spots. How Dare he think that was OK to give a car back to a valued Customer in that manner, Not to mention the car was very unsanitary. I did Not bring my car in with Rat feces. I asked him to clean the car properly considering that he said that the car would be fully detailed. In my opinion detailing includes cleaning the Carpet as well as cleaning the coponents in the car. I was highly dissatisfied with the return of the car i sent him back twice to clean the car properly with no success. Each tim he did what we ver he dud in less than 10 minute's which is not enough time to properly clean what the rats had done. My car Still smells like Rats been in it. Ive Cleaned the seats to the best of my ability. The carpet still needs to be cleaned in addition to a full interior detailing. I was very pleased with the work from the accident. I wosh i could have done a great review becayse i ws very happy with te custoner service up to the day i picked my car up. I hate that the car wasn't properly and cleaned because i had nothing but great reports prior to. I feel as a car owner that i should not feel uncomfotable getting into my car due to rats that hap poo en at your location. I hooe we can resolve this issue.

Had to go to an outside shop to have the alignment adjusted. Truck pulls slightly to the left and in order to track straight, the wheel must be held to the right at about the 2 o'clock position. Will be waiting for AN Union city to get the correct equipment to make my truck right.
