When my car was returned to me it was infested with ants inside and out, that were not in my car when I dropped it off. The representative tried to wash it off but they were still all over the inside of my vehicle. I had to bring the car back to get re-cleaned and that helped somewhat but I still spotted a few more ants.

I felt that the repair time seemed unnecessarily lengthy and on two occasions was given incorrect estimates as to when the repairs would be completed. I understand that some personnel changes were taking place during the time of my repairs and this may have contributed to the amount of miscommunication. Also, after driving my vehicle for a couple days I noticed that some parts were left in the passenger side compartment of the door. I assume they are related to the bumper repair but I do not know if they are from the old bumper or something that should've been installed with the new bumper.
