VW found the radiator support was cracked. Autonation overlooked this. I had asked them about the piece that's under the front bumper and they said they didn't change it because it was fine. It was cracked! They said my brakes were fine and they weren't fine. In fact, braking was worse after I picked it up from Autonation.

Parts are missing from inner front well wheels. Missing screws on the left and weather panels on the right. Also, my license plate is mounted crooked. I would like satisfaction. I have not called my insurance company yet.please call me. Bad attention to detail.very shoddy!

After I told them about wiring the under carriage so that I could drive the vehicle home after accident, they did not change and left the wire on the vehicle. Now when I drive the vehicle it makes a flapping noise. I drove it all the way from Weslaco to Robstown with no noise.
