I was satisfied with the customer service the repair looks good. My only suggestion is that when a repair is to be made that the representative inform customers as to what kind of repair will be made. My husband thought the panel was going to be replaced but it was only patched up. He should have asked more questions. But as most customers we don't ask more questions ????????

Absolutely terrible experience. First, it took 3 days to get an estimate from your team. I couldn't get ahold of Roland at all. Once I got an estimate, they told me it would be 3 more days until it was done. I was quoted Wednesday at 3pm. I received an email on Wed. at 2:30pm informing me it was going to take until 5:30pm instead. I showed up at 5:30 to pick up my car, and was informed that the paint wasn't dry enough to install the bumper. I was quoted Thursday at 11:30am as a new finish time. I returned at 11:30am, and was told they had mixed the paint wrong and it would need to be repainted. I was told to come back at 3pm. When I arrived, I waited til 3:30pm til they brought my car around. It still had soapy water all over it, the bumper wasn't installed correctly, and I was told the paint was still tacky. They did nothing, just sent me away. I'll NEVER use your body shop again, and I'll make sure everyone I know hears about this fiasco.

I was satisfied with the whole process. The Manager(Tim) really did a good job. He was very courteous and professional, he helped me alot dealing with the USAA company as far as getting the work order and be able to get my car fixed right away. He make it a point that I was informed about the progress on fixing my car. Overall, the car was fixed as if it there was no damage, you cannot really see it. His team did an awesome job. I did the right choice of taking my car at Autonation. You should be PROUD of that team.
