James was great! He was very helpful and made a stressful experience effortless. There was also another gentleman who assisted when I came in for the estimate I cannot remember his name, but he was very helpful and pleasant too.
I have used AutoNation Collision Center before this incident and will again if needed.

My experience was outstanding. Mr. James Deming had an answer to satisfy everyone of my questions. I was very apprehensive prior to meeting with the people at autonation. But once Mr. Deming took over my claim and we discussed the repair process my mind was at ease. Mr. Deming and his team, without a doubt, exceeded my expectations. The work done was very good. Keeping the customer updated was not. Comments were made by Auto Nation that they would contact me every other day to keep me informed of the progress. This was not done, I had to call them every 3-4 days to see what was happening.
