I was disappointed in the lack of communication regarding the repair timeline for my vehicle. Other than the initial phone call regarding my car, I had to call twice for an update and pick-up day.

Your Representative Bob Schretter was excellent towards efficiently handling my auto repair. He kept me informed frequently on the status of parts delivery and the repair process until completion. Other than one very minor interior issue that he is handling for me, the auto looks perfect with no detection of where the auto was impacted. The color match and profile are amazingly perfect! This repair was not cheap, but worth it. Bob Schretter along with Jammie at Enterprise Leasing made this unfortunate experience painless. I now know where to bring any other autos I have for repairs if needed.
