I appreciated the timely returns of my phone calls. And when the repair completion was pushed back beyond our ability to come and pickup our BMW before having to leave town, AutoNation delivered our car to us the night before we had to leave. (I had foot surgery on my right foot and was unable to drive and our designated helpers were unavailable at that late date.)
Anyone we talked to at AutoNation was polite, helpful, and beyond courteous. We had a very positive experience.
