Charles accommodated my travel schedule and car repairs. He arranged for Baltazar to take me to the airport. Baltazar was wonderful, offered to carry my luggage, and refused any form of payment. Wonderful courtesy!
Charles also kept me apprised of the repair status via email. I had 2 separate claims and he handled both without confusion. The process went smoothly, and my vehicle was completed upon my return so I was not without transportation.
When I picked up my vehicle, it was sparkling clean on the outside. I also had an ant issue from my AC vents, so he looked into the source of that and monitored it for me. Charles also had the inside of my vehicle lightly vacuumed and it also appeared to be wiped down. He went above and beyond. Aside from my last service visit in Aug '18, this has been my only good experience with Auto Nation Toyota. Thank you to Charles, Baltazar, and the rest of the Collision Center staff!

Charles put up with my ambivalence about how much of the repair I wanted to do up front on my car. He was extremely honest and fair about the pricing, and applied a coupon I didn't even have. He helped me understand how he was coming up with such a lower figure than the other repair shop I'd gone to. He had one of his staff give me a ride to the airport--and even put up with my changing my mind a couple of times about what time I should leave. He called me to let me know how progress was going. When I came to pick up my car--which he hung onto for a couple of weeks while I was away--he personally picked me up at my home. He had not only made the car look like new in terms of the repairs, but he had washed it inside and out, and touched up a few nicks and scratches that he'd noticed on the front and rear bumpers. I am honestly floored by his service and so glad I went to him for my repairs.
