So far no problems with the repair. Staff were friendly and attentive. Roy Briceno has a great customer-oriented attitude. It was a nice extra small touch that they vacuumed out all of the dirt and accumulated leaf debris from the carpets.

I do not believe you want any substantive comments - just praise to document the completely satisfied or above expectation hype that you promote.
I understand that anything less than perfect is an extreme negative to your staff and I have the courtesy not to do that, even though apparently your HR department does not!
